Hello!! ☀️
I’m Maria Cristina, a student at CSM and I’ll be away from London for the summer months, so I’m subletting my room in Finsbury Park from the 5th of June until the end of August / beginning of September (dates can be slightly flexible :P).
The room is in a 5-bedroom flat and you’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 2 other girls (the other two have their own kitchen and bathroom downstairs). My roommates will be moving out in July and some of my friends will be moving in, so there will be quite a lot of movement during the summer.
The flat is located at an 8 minute walk from Finsbury Park station and a 5 minute walk from Arsenal station (Piccadilly line). It’s also right in front of a bus stop, so it’s really well connected!
The rent is £900 per month and with bills it comes to around £930/940.
Me and my roommates would prefer a girl and this is an LGBTQ+ friendly flat :P
