I’m looking for a female aged 25-30 needing a room for the month of June whilst I am away. Flexible dates by a few days either side of the month. You will be in a room downstairs in the house, there are 3 other girls living there whose rooms are all upstairs. There is one shared bathroom upstairs - bath and shower. Lovely big kitchen dining area, big and private garden out the back of the house. Shared living room. All fully furnished. The house is an end terrace on a lovely crescent. Very safe area, crouch hill overground is a 2 minute walk, Finsbury Park station is a 12 minute walk. There is a Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury’s on the street. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs very close. Rent price includes council tax, energy and water bills, wifi and TV licence. Full rent required before move in. We are all moving out mid July so there will be opportunity to extend if you can find 3 new flatmates! Pictures to follow this week.
