Huge sun lit room 3 min walk from Finsbury Park

Hiya, I'm looking to move out this summer, (no exact date sorted) to find somewhere a little cheaper nearby.

The room is so light and huge too - really a great room. Sorry for the messy pics but you get the idea of size !

The bed will not be the one in the pic as this is my own one :) It is a metal framed one and has a mattress too. You can check it out if you come and see - currently in the basement and needs to be reassembled. You will have the 3 white pieces of furniture in the pics - table, open storage, drawers.

The garden is very small but no reason why you can't pull up 5 chairs or so and have a little BBQ.

You will be about a 3 min walk from the northern gate of Finsbury Park which goes on to Endymion Road. Right near a huge sainsburys, Green Lanes, Haringey Station & Haringey Green Lanes overground. Manor House is closer than FP for the Piccadilly line but I always go to FP as it only adds a couple mins and it's a lovely walk through the park.

Would probably suit a girl in their late 20s/ early 30s to even out the house a bit but doesn't really matter. The other housemates are all lovely and work different jobs. 3 other guys who are all 27 and one girl who is 32. They work in tech, AI, gardening, Comedy/ acting, hospitality.

We all have our own lives but sometimes go the pub as a group - pub quiz at the Fullback! ... It's a very chilled easy going household. No expectation to be any way. We're all clean and do our bit but we don't have rotas and this sort of thing... chilled out house.

Bills come to about £100 a month. This inclues water, gas and electrics, council tax, wifi and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. Perhaps £150 in winter.
