Looking for someone to takeover my lease in this amazing flat with the most amazing people!

You’ll be living with 3 Aussie guys, Lachie, Ricky & Fraser (23, 24, 25), all absolute legends. Lachie works as a gym manager, Ricky works in finance working 2–3 days in the office, and Fraser works in construction.

Everyone’s pretty busy during the week, but the house is super social in the evenings and on weekends. Big fans of pub trips, nights out, watching the footy, cooking dinners together, gym sessions, and the occasional run to balance it all out.

Really easy going house with a good mix of doing your own thing and hanging out together.

On a great street in Finsbury Park with an off licence right underneath (very handy), plus loads of great pubs, cafes, and shops nearby. It’s a short walk to Crouch Hill Overground and around a 10-12 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station, which has the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, as well as Thameslink and National Rail services.

Super well connected whilst having a really nice neighbourhood feel.
