The flat also has a good living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, and a brilliant roof terrace with open views across the area - especially good in summer.

You’d be living with two cousins, both working in the creative industries - one in film, one in music. We’re both pretty easygoing and are looking for someone similar. It’s definitely more of a calm, friendly home than a party flat - everyone respectful of each other’s space, but always up for a chat, pub trip or film night.

Location is honestly hard to beat:

- 10 min walk to Finsbury Park station
- 1 min from Finsbury Park itself and the Parkland Walk
- Very close to Stroud Green Road and all the great pubs, cafes and restaurants around there
- Quick links into central via Victoria/Piccadilly lines and National Rail
