Hiya! Looking for a new flatmate for a 2-bed in Finsbury Park/Stroud Green, as my flatmate is sadly moving out!

It is a ground floor flat with two bedrooms, one bathroom, separate kitchen and living room, and a private garden. It is a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, so easy access to the Victoria line, Piccadilly line and Thames link. Finsbury park and parklands walk are 100m from the flat, so it's easy access to green space. Stroud Green has a lovely mix of restaurants, cafes and pubs, and Stoke Newington/Crouch End are a short bus ride away.

Rent is £1100-1200 pcm (plus bills which come to approximately £200). Pets (especially dogs) are welcomed! Tenancy would start on July 1st.

I'm 29-years-old, I enjoy walking, running and yoga, cooking/eating out, going to the pub and a craft or two (mainly sewing and crochet). I work a 9-5 as a doctor so I'm out the flat mon-fri. I'm pretty relaxed and low maintenance.
