Lovely bedroom in a flat at Finsbury Park

Hello! We’re Colette & Simona, looking for a third flatmate to join us.



It’s conveniently located in Finsbury Park, just around the corner from the park, the lovely shops and bars on Stroud Green and 10 or so minutes from the tube/train station. 



The room available faces the road, but it’s usually quite peaceful with just a bit of passing traffic at night that might take a moment to get used to. It's a lovely bright and airy space that comes with a double bed, a clothes rail, and the stool under the plant (in photo). The room is partly furnished, the desk, chair, and chest of drawers aren't included. 



The rest of the flat has a spacious shared kitchen/living space, bathroom and two other bedrooms. The carpets were freshly installed about a year ago.



A bit about us:


* both early late 20s/ early 30s professionals, working hybrid at home / in the city
* tidy, easy-going, and respectful of shared space

* social but independent – we enjoy a good natter on the sofa over tea, wine or Netflix, but also enjoy our own spaces and circles outside the flat

* active - we both enjoy movement and the outdoors
* our flat is our home, we share a lot of things and generally live pretty communally, but no worries you will not be forced into a weekly dinner.



We’re looking for someone who’d like to make this flat a home with us!

Bills will also be shared equally among all three of us. They usually come to about £120 in summer and just under £150 in winter.
