I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my two-bedroom ground-floor flat with a lovely private garden, just off Green Lanes in Haringey.

The room is a good-sized double and comes fully furnished. The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living area, a shared bathroom, and direct access to the garden.

I also have a friendly 3-year-old miniature dachshund who loves cuddles, so you’ll need to be a dog lover!

The location

Excellent transport links:
• 5-minute walk to Haringey Green Lanes Station
• 15-minute walk to Haringey Station and Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line, Zone 2/3)
• Finsbury Park Station is around 5 minutes away by bus

Looking for

Ideally, this would suit someone who is generally office-based during the week, although the occasional WFH day is absolutely fine.

I’m pretty relaxed and easy-going, but I like home to be somewhere to unwind rather than a party flat. It would be great to live with someone who enjoys a friendly, relaxed atmosphere a chat in the kitchen, a cup of tea (or glass of wine), and maybe the occasional Deliveroo.

A bit about me

I’m 39 and spend most of my free time walking the dog, swimming at the reservoir, and catching up with friends.

Tenancy details
• £995 per month, including all bills
• Gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax, TV licence, and alarm system included
• Minimum stay: 3 months
• There is a possibility I may sell the flat towards the end of the year, so flexibility would be appreciated
• One month’s rent in advance plus a one-month deposit required before move-in
• No couples, please
