The Flat:
Spacious and bright, the flat is split over two floors in a Victorian terrace house. The house is located on a quiet and safe residential street with plenty of on-street parking, as well as being close to lots of shops, restaurants, pubs, and the park.

The first floor comprises a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a large living/dining room. The kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, a washing machine, and plenty of storage for personal and communal use. There is direct access to a private garden from the kitchen, which has a shed for additional storage.

The second floor has a communal bathroom, two double bedrooms (one of which has an ensuite), and a large wardrobe for communal storage.

The Room:
The room comes furnished with a double ottoman bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a mirror. The room is perfect for hybrid working as there is plenty of room for a desk and the room gets loads of light!

Public Transport:
Finsbury Park bus, train, and tube station is less than a 10-minute walk away, so there's easy access to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, as well as the ThamesLink
and National Rail - which is super handy when you need to get to the airport! Crouch Hill Overground station is also only a 5-minute walk away.

Flatmates:
Looking for a female flatmate of similar age to join Alyssa and Maz (both 28). Alyssa works in the medical industry and is mostly in the office, and Maz works in Law and splits her time between the office and home. Both are very sociable, and the flat is definitely more of a home than just a flat share.

The flat is kept homely, clean, and tidy, and we're considerate of noise, especially during the week, as we work full-time.

We enjoy hanging out together, cooking, having some wine, and watching TV, but also respect each other's space and privacy! We're looking for someone who'd like to join us!
