Available from July 1st - but with flex for a later July move in.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and living room are on one level with a super cute kitchen down a few steps which opens out onto the south-facing terrace. Whole flat has tall ceilings that keep even small spaces feeling open and airy. South-facing terrace is massive with a couch, eating area, and pergola so it can be partially shaded.

The flat is general is quiet, building has 2 other flats with friendly neighbours. Great location, one block from Finsbury Park, Parkland Walk and The Faltering Fullback. Less than 10mins (if you walk fast) to Finsbury Park station where you have busses, Thames link, and Tube (Victoria & Piccadilly). Also only about a 10min walk to Crouch Hill Overground station. So extremely well connected.

Area has loads of grocery options from big Tesco to small natural food stores, great cafes and restaurants too.

A bit about me:

I’m a 32yr old American from Vermont/NYC and have been in the flat for about 2 yrs with one of my best friends, who’s very sadly moving home to Ireland. I work for a design studio in Farringdon and do a mix of WFH and office, though often office for 4-days per week.

I love a little catch up over wine or tea in the evenings or mornings and am looking for someone who wants more than just a room to sleep in. That said, my friend and I have a really nice balance of being social and respecting when we each need to put headphones in and have space to ourselves. I’ve got an outdoorsy streak so I love to camp, climb and sail. Also love to cook, read and chill….all about balance!

We try to keep the flat nice and clean so I am looking for someone who enjoys a tidy space and will maintain that with me. That said, life is life and I get if the dishes get left for a day and we need a bit of breathing room.

We do also have a bi-monthly cleaner who is amazing.

Looking for long term let - 1 yr minimum.
