Big ensuite room close to Finsbury Park station

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly 5-person flat share close to Finsbury Park.

The available room is a furnished double with its own ensuite shower.

We all share a small kitchen, but make it work.

There is a washing machine and a dryer.

There is NO shared living or dining room.

The flat is located in a relatively quiet residential area. Finsbury Park is around the corner. It takes around 8 minutes to walk to Finsbury Park station (access to the Piccadilly/Victoria line, multiple bus lines, and the railway). There are various supermarkets, restaurants, post offices, pubs, etc. within 15 minutes walking distance.

The bills (electricity, gas, broadband) and Council Tax (band E) amount to around £115 per month per person on top of rent.

There is paperwork involved before signing the contract, including a credit check and references. All that could take up to a week.
