Great room + house in Finsbury Park!

We’re a friendly house split across two floors - one ground level, one basement level. We have two bathrooms, a garden, and a large shared living room and kitchen.

The available room is on the basement level, it’s next to a big bathroom and 2 other bedrooms and has a door leading out to our garden. Furniture wise It comes with a large wardrobe, bed and desk.

You’ll be living with a great group of people — social, friendly, and clean. We look after each other, but also give each other space and respect privacy.

Sara’s Swedish and has been living in London for the past 12 years. She works as an assistant psychologist and is really into plants. Ben and Sam are both from Manchester — Ben’s a trainee lawyer and a pretty decent gardener, while Sam works in media and also produces music.

Everyone works Monday to Friday, and we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful, and clean. Place comes with a TV, Xbox and air-fryer!

Bills approx £105 a month (includes cleaner once a month)
