My lovely flatmate is moving for his job later this summer, so I am looking for someone to take over his room long-term in our Finsbury Park flat:)

The Room:
It is a fantastic, large room at the front of the house featuring a beautiful bay window. The room itself comes unfurnished.

The Location:
We are just a two-minute walk from Finsbury Park itself. For transport, it's about a 10-minute walk to Harringay Green Lanes, a 15-minute walk to Manor House station, and a 16 to 18-minute walk to Finsbury Park underground. Our street is tucked away off the main road, meaning it gets very little through-traffic. Even though the wider Finsbury Park area can be quite lively and loud in places, our street is wonderfully quiet. The only bit of noise we really get is the occasional train going past at the back of the property.

The Flat:
The property was completely renovated last September, so everything is fresh and works perfectly. We really love this place because it's so rare to find a two-bed flat with such a big open-plan kitchen and living room area, plus its own garden! The spacious kitchen even has a gas hob. I have fully furnished the living room and the garden myself, so the communal areas are completely kitted out and ready to go.

The Details:

Rent: £1,190 per month.

Bills: In addition to the rent.

Move-in Date: Early August is ideal, but can be flexible for a September move-in if needed.

Referencing: Please note you will need to be in full-time employment to pass the agency's reference checks.

About Me:
I'm Francis! I'm a psychologist and I've been living in London here since September. I work from home one day a week. Outside of work, my interests include running, hiking, playing board games, cooking, and the occasional doom-scroll lol. I love going to the pub, but I don't drink myself. If living with a big drinker or having a heavy drinking culture at home is important to you, then we probably aren't the best match!

If this sounds like your kind of place, please drop me a message with a little bit about yourself! We can jump on a quick call to see if we vibe, and you are more than welcome to come round for a viewing as well.
