⭐ Double Room – Finsbury Park (Short-term Let)

I'm subletting my lovely room for 1–2 months from around 1st July (flexible dates) while I'm away. Offering a flexible short-term stay in a 3-bed flat between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. I've done this a few times before in previous tenancies in London so I'm used to the process.

🏡 The Details:
🛏 The Room – Bright double room at the front of the flat with high ceilings and loads of built-in storage (wardrobes, drawers, and shelving). Comes with a double bed and a standing desk for a WFH setup! The room has its own walk-in wardrobe with a full-length mirror, hanging rails, and shoe storage. Happy to leave the TV in there as well if wanted.

👫 The Housemates – You'll be living with Ben (30) and Alex (30). Both friendly – I've known Ben for 10 years since uni and Alex for the last few years in London. Ben is in the office most days and Alex sometimes WFH.

🏠 The Flat – A beautifully decorated ground-floor Victorian conversion with high ceilings throughout. There's a large lounge/diner with a bay window, plenty of plants and natural light, a modern kitchen, and a lovely bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. I've lived here since November with no issues and will move back in after.

🌱 The Garden – Large shared garden (with upstairs flat) with seating area – good for summer months!

We all have our own social lives but enjoy the occasional dinner or catch-up together. Looking for someone friendly who'll keep the place clean and tidy during their stay.

📍 Location – 6-min walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and 13-min walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly Lines + Overground/National Rail). Right next to Finsbury Park, and a short walk to the stunning Clissold Park
💰 Rent – £1,133/month + ~£140/month for bills (WiFi, Council Tax, Water, Gas & Electricity)
💰 Deposit – £1,100 (returned when moving out)
📅 Available – 1st July for 1–2 months (some flexibility on exact dates)
