I’m looking for a new flatmate to fill a room in a cosy North London flat!

THE FLAT:
The top floor flat in big Victorian terrace on a quiet, leafy, residential street.

It’s a maisonette with a cosy sitting room downstairs and everything else upstairs, including a kitchen with all the necessities and a family bathroom.

THE ROOM:
A great size double en-suite room with high ceilings and a large window so it feels spacious, with a slanted roof over the bed to give a cosy feel. It’s situated at the front of the flat on a quiet, residential street.

MONEY:
£1150 per month for rent WITHOUT BILLS.
Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, internet, water, house Netflix etc) are around £200 p/m (fluctuates per season)
There is also on street parking if you need it. Annual permit is £140.

Deposit is £1125

THE AREA:
We’re slap bang between Finsbury Park, Stokey and Haringey - a stones throw from some of North London’s finest establishments, including Rowans, the Faltering Fullback, the Plimsoll, along with endless pubs and restaurants in all directions. Finsbury Park is basically on our doorstep (about a 2 minute walk) but you can also walk to Clissold Park in under 15 minutes when you need to reconnect with nature and see the deer.
There’s two Lidls, an Aldi and a big Sainsbury’s all within 10 minutes walk and a smaller Co-Op or Saino’s local within 5 minutes.

TRANSPORT:
10 minute walk to Finsbury Park tube (Victoria & Piccadilly line and National Rail)
5 minute walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly line). There bus routes to pretty much every corner of London on our doorstep

I’m Rosa, I’m 28 and I like to strike a good balance between hectic and wholesome. I’m a huge foodie with an extensive list of restaurants to try, a pub aficionado, a die-hard Arsenal fan and a fabulous cook.

Monday to Friday, I’m a creative at a social media agency. At the weekends, you’ll find me nursing a hangover with a good stomp to a farmer’s market.

I’m always down for a drink, movie night or making dinner together, but also have my own independent social life and friends (SpareRoom cliche) and I’m looking for someone on a similar vibe!

This flat is very much home and I really adore it - it’s kept very clean and is well looked after. There’s a lot of love, laughs and memories here, so I’m looking for someone who’ll treat it as such
