Finsbury Park station is a five minute walk away, with the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, National Rail, and plenty of buses. There’s a big Tesco, Sainsbos, Lidl, and M&S, plus loads of independent grocers, cafés, and excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Both rooms are around 12m² and very bright — one faces the front and is fully furnished, one faces the garden and is semi-furnished. Furniture can be adapted to suit your needs.

The house is really special. The lounge has a big bay window, the kitchen is huge (with a Smeg oven, 5-burner gas hob, double sink, dishwasher, and kitchen island), and the dining area looks out on a lush garden with a deck and BBQ. Upstairs, there’s a large bathroom with a large bath/shower and loads of natural light. There’s also a guest loo downstairs, and one of the other bedrooms has an en-suite. It feels more like a home than a rental – spacious, well looked after, and genuinely lovely to live in.

You'll be living with two friends around 30 years old: a civil servant who loves tennis, triathlon and improv, and a researcher who loves running and surfing! It’s a relaxed, clean, international and queer-friendly house.
