Room in Finsbury Park - Friendly flat share

🏡 ROOM AVAILABLE IN FINSBURY PARK – MOVE-IN 19th JULY 🏡

I’m moving out of my room this summer and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 19th July (can be flexible)!

Looking for a professional who wants a friendly, social vibe in the apartment.

✨ The room:

*Bright and comfortable bedroom in a top floor apartment

* Large bathroom shared with one other

* Great shared space with lots of storage

* Rent: £1100 per month (bills not included but they average around 120 for internet, council tax, water and gas/electricity).

📍 Location:

The house is in an amazing location in Finsbury Park, a 5 minute walk from the Victoria and Piccadilly line and Thamelink!

We are super close to Clissold Park, the reservoir for swimming great for summer and Stoke Newington Church Street!

🏠 You’ll be living with two lovely, friendly, and considerate housemates:
* Liv 30, works in policy - global development stuff

* Caitlin 32, who works in insurance *caitlin is looking to move out shortly as well due to wanting to be closer to work* This means if you have a friend wanting to move as well it can be linked quite closely

They're both fun, caring and social beings who love a chat, an impromptu trip, or some terrible TV. We sometimes go out for dinner or drinks, having dinners at home but everyone is also very respectful of each other’s space and routines. It’s a really peaceful household with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

🛋️ Furniture

Bed, bedside table(different than pictured) and large wardrobe will remain in the room and are included in the tenancy. I can sell a chest of drawers (not pictured) for a good price if needed ☺️
