We’re looking to fill a double room in our flat in Finsbury Park, as one of our flatmates will be moving out around mid/lateJuly.

The Flat:

It’s a three-bed, two-bathroom flat on the first floor, less than a ten-minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria line, Piccadilly line, National Rail). The room has its own bathroom! We're only 5 minutes from Finsbury Park itself and the Parkland Walk, as well as loads of nice shops, restaurants and pubs.

The room will be available around mid/late July, exact date TBC.

The room comes furnished. The rent is £750.00 pcm excluding bills. Bills are approximately £110 each per month. The flat is in council tax band C.

We are Ana (30) and Jess (29), both hybrid working professionals. We're social but enjoy our own space. Our hobbies include yoga, art, cinema trips, rock climbing, and we do the Finsbury ParkRun every Saturday, which you're welcome to join!

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and easygoing—ideally a working professional who’ll be a good fit for the flat. Ages 27+ (no couples).
