Double Bedroom - Finsbury Park

My room is available to rent from early July in a fantastic, spacious 4-bed house in Finsbury Park. The house is located 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park station and has a garden, living room, large kitchen / dining area, and roof terrace. All local shops and amenities are within a few minute walk.

The three other house mates are all adult male professionals with partners. We are a very friendly and sociable house looking for a similar aged professional who is clean and tidy to move in, and who enjoys going out to socialize but also respects a quiet house during the week as we all have full-time jobs in London.

Minimum tenancy we are looking for the room is ideally three months, but noting the new flexibility permitted with the Government's tenancy laws.

Council Tax Band is F, with all bills usually coming to ~£200pcm. We also have a cleaner once per month.
