Large, Sunny Room in Finsbury Park - avail Aug 9

I’m moving out of my sunny room in a 2 bed flat, a 5 min walk from the Finsbury Park station. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and small back patio.

Looking for someone to move-in in August, flexible with dates but earliest would be August 9.

The room is extremely spacious and bright with a double bed. Despite the sun, it stays relatively cool in the hot weather.

Well-connected to public transit (20min to Oxford Circus), including the Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, national rail, and many bus lines at Finsbury Park. Very convenient for anyone working in central London.

Within a 5min walk to many grocery stores (M&S, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Tesco) and cute coffee shops, pubs, wine bars, and restaurants. There is also a great farmers market nearby on Sundays!

Alex (30M) is a great roommate, and we have an extremely responsive landlord.

I really love living in this apartment. I’m only moving out because my course has come to an end, and I hope to find someone who will enjoy the room and neighborhood!
