Bright and spacious double room in Finsbury Park

Hi! I am looking for a new housemate to move into a lovely spacious double bedroom, in a two bed flat, from mid August.

Looking for a woman between 25 and 35 (roughly!), who is a working professional, enjoys being social and enjoying their own space. Keeping the flat clean and tidy in the shared areas is definitely preferred, particularly with working from home.

I'm 28 years old, and quite a busy bee, but also like to chill and recharge in the flat, I work from home 3 days of the week.

Any flat concerns are managed with the landlord directly, who is very reliable and proactive.

The flat comes fully furnished and the bedroom includes the bed, wardrobe, chair, desk and bedside table. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including washing machine, fridge and freezer and large larder space for food.

Seperate bathroom and toilet which is always handy and the flat is very spacious, with a homely feel throughout and a balcony that leads off of the living room.

The bedrooms look out onto some greenery which is always a perk in London! ☀️

The flat is in a fab location, less than 10 minutes walk to Finsbury Park train (Piccadilly, Victoria, national rail) and bus stations, 15 minutes to manor house station, 5 minutes to local amenities and Clissold Park.

There is plenty of affordable permit parking on the main road

Bills come to around £160 a month each
