I’m moving out of my lovely sunny room in a 2-bed flat in Finsbury Park and am looking for someone to take over the tenancy.
The flat is about a 15–20 minute walk from both Finsbury Park and Archway stations and has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. It has a really comfortable, homely feel.
The room itself is spacious and bright with plenty of natural light. It comes with a double bed and is part-furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, making it easy to settle in.
Rent is approximately £1,300 per month including bills, although this can vary slightly depending on the time of year. The move-in date is in August, with the earliest available date being 23 August.
Well connected by public transport, including the Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, Northern Line, national rail, and many bus lines at Finsbury Park. Very convenient for anyone working in central London.
There are plenty of local amenities within a 10–15 minute walk, including M&S, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Tesco, as well as great cafés, pubs, wine bars and restaurants. There’s also a lovely farmers’ market nearby on Sundays.
You’ll be sharing with a working professional (32F), who is a great roommate and easy to live with. The landlord is also very responsive, which makes everything run smoothly. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would love to find someone who will enjoy the space and area just as much.
If you’re interested, please send a little bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing 😊
