2 double rooms in Finsbury Park

Living room

Hi! Looking for 2 lovely people to join our 3-bedroom flat in Finsbury Park as my current flatmates are sadly leaving! There is a shared spacious living room, one bathroom, and the bedrooms all have double beds.

The location is pretty amazing, with many cute cafes, nice pubs, plenty of shops, good restaurants and places for grocery shopping nearby (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's). Also great transport links: 10 min walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, and National), and 5 min walk to Crouch Hill (Suffragette line).

The flat is in a residential area, so it is quiet but still close to the main road!

Room 2 doesn’t have a desk, so ideal for someone who doesn’t work from home often. However, there is a dining table in the living room which can be used if needed (not ideal if 100% remote).

Room 1 has a higher rent as it is the largest room in the flat.

A bit about me:

I’m 24 years old and currently work at a Museum looking after partnerships. I love cooking, films, football, going to museums, and exploring London. I’m pretty sociable and up for a chat, drink, or movie night, but I also do enjoy a quiet night to myself! I’m responsible and reliable: I clean up after myself and like to live in a nice, comfortable home, so it would be great to live with people who are on the same page :)

The rooms will be available to move in from 1 August, so we will be looking to do viewings asap!

Bills normally come to around £120-150 per month. Council tax band D.
