Room in Finsbury Park

A room has become available in our house. It’s the smallest room in the flat but still a very good size. It is situated on the top floor and is very nice and bright. We have a shared kitchen and bathroom, with a separate toilet.

The rent for the room is £932 and bills come to ~ £140/150 (tax band D). The deposit is ~ £1115. The room is available from the next rolling tenancy on 1 August, but there’s a possibility to move in earlier as the room will be free from July 19th.

The flat is really well located:
- less than a 5 min walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Piccadilly, National Rail, lots of bus routes)
- just behind Stroud Green road where there are lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs
- less than 10 min walk to Finsbury Park itself and ~30 min walk to Clissold Park
- 5min walk to M&S, Lidl and a big Tesco

You will be living with Natasha and I:

Natasha (26) is a consultant in the pharma industry, enjoys yoga, coffee and trying out new restaurants.

Manon (27) is a consultant in marketing analytics, enjoys working out, cooking, reading and playing boardgames.

We met through spareroom last year and really enjoy each others company. We have our own life but we love catching up over dinner.
