Our friend is (very) sadly moving back to NZ and we are looking for another girl to join our flat! x

The details are:

⭐️ Bedroom is an ensuite with large bed room
⭐️ Rent is £1,100 p/month plus utilities
⭐️ Current flatmates are myself (27) and Katie (28)- both from New Zealand and working full time in London
⭐️ Finsbury Park: station is 2 minutes from the flat, prime location! Walking distance to lots of green space (Clissold Park and Finsbury Park). Connected to the Victoria and Piccadilly Line - Oxford Circus, Covent Garden, Angel all around 20 mins away. Walkable distance to Highbury and Islington, Stoke Newington, Holloway, Dalston!

⭐️ Several wine bars, pubs and bakeries all in close proximity🍷🥐!!!

Katie and I are both very social, welcoming, and outgoing, and enjoy making our flat feel like home. We love spontaneous pub trips, movie nights in, picnics in the picnic (with picky bits and sparkling red ofc!), flat baking, afternoon scones and wine, exploring hidden wine bars, the odd dinner out, and braving Oxford Circus for the occasional day of shopping!
