Looking for two girls (aged 26-30) to join us in our lovely flat, as our current housemates are flying the nest to live with partners / go travelling. Move in date: 23rd September.
 
🛏️ Room 1: £960pm plus bills 
Small double bed, chest of drawers and triple wardrobe. Shares a bathroom with one other flatmate. Not really room for a desk so ideally looking for someone who works mostly in the office (or could remove drawers to add a small desk - there is a loft for extra storage if needed).
 
🛏️ Room 2: £1,350pm plus bills 
Huge double room on it's own level of the flat. Regular double bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a desk. Has an ensuite with a bath and separate shower.

Bills, wifi and council tax come to around £140pm each.

The flat is a spacious new build with an open plan living / kitchen area and bifold doors leading out to a patio garden. Approx 8 minute walk from Finsbury Park station and 2 minutes from Crouch Hill station.
 
Flatmates: We're both 28 and work in PR and finance (mix of WFH and office based). Enjoy all the usual fun things - pub/festivals/dinners out - but also a night in front of the TV/coffee walks/going on runs etc.

Looking for clean, tidy girls who like a house to feel like home and want to be friends as well as housemates, but equally have their own social lives and things going on.
