Hi! We are for a new flatmate in bright and social top floor flat, sharing with two lovely Aussie girls both early 30s.

The room is an ensuite, has a little study nook, massive windows which get heaps of light, comes furnished with a large wardrobe, desk, and bed. It’s £1200 per month plus bills.

We’re a stones throw from the reservoir which is great for swims and perfectly situated between Clissold park and Finsbury park. A nature lovers dream! 5-10 win walk to Manor House or Finsbury park station for Victoria and Piccadilly line and Finsbury Park station for overground.

Bit about the flatmates - Ally, 32, from Sydney, occupational therapist/clinical advisor. Liv is 30, from Perth and works in policy design. Both are very active, social and enjoys cooking, Pilates and running.

Looking for a flatmate who enjoys a calm and friendly home vibe and also up for glass of wine and cooking together, or heading to the pub with housemates!
