Spacious Double Room Available from 1st September | Manor House / Finsbury Park

I'm looking for someone to take over my room from 1st September in a lovely, spacious three-bedroom flat, perfectly situated between Manor House and Finsbury Park tube stations. The flat is on the third floor and there's a lift, making it easily accessible.

Practical stuff:

* Move-in date: 1st September

* £50 tenancy replacement fee

* Rent: £1,165 per month

* Deposit: £1,346.33

* Bills: Paid separately (around £175 per month)

The room is a great size and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and bookshelf. I'll be taking the desk, but I'm happy to leave my Amazon office chair if you'd like it.

The room has a large window overlooking the back of the building, so it's bright and filled with natural light while also being lovely and quiet—ideal if you work from home or just appreciate a peaceful space.

The flat is much more spacious than your average London flat, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area that's great for relaxing or cooking together. There's also a huge balcony overlooking Finsbury Park and access to a shared rooftop with incredible views across London.

The flat comes with a dishwasher and washing machine, and because one of the bedrooms has an en suite, you'd only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person—so there's rarely any waiting around in the mornings!

You'll be living with two friendly, considerate housemates in their mid to late 20s. Chahat works in education, and Vinay is studying for a master's degree.

They're both welcoming, easy-going people who enjoy cooking, RuPaul's Drag Race, theatre, cinema and getting out into nature. It's a sociable flat where everyone gets on well, but there's also plenty of respect for each other's space and downtime.

This would suit a friendly, tidy professional or postgraduate who's looking for a relaxed, sociable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

If you'd like to know more or arrange a viewing, send me a message with a little bit about yourself. I'd love to hear from you!
