There are currently four of us living in the house, and you'll be taking over my room as I'm moving out. The three housemates you'll be living with are all friendly, easy-going working professionals. Two are carpenters and one is a professional musician, so everyone has their own routine and keeps busy during the week.
The house has a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. We often watch TV together in the evenings and occasionally head across the road to our local pub for a drink. At the same time, everyone respects each other's privacy and personal space, so there's a great balance between spending time together and doing your own thing.
We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and easy to get along witH and someone who's looking for a comfortable home with a friendly household.
