Spacious room to rent in Finsbury Park

Hi there!

My lovely flatmate is moving abroad to pursue an unmissable job opportunity and so I am looking for a female professional flatmate (ideally aged 23-33) to take over her lease from 5th September!

About the room
It’s a beautiful, spacious room with a lot of storage/cupboard space. You can very easily fit a desk and chair in there (although the desk and chair on the photos are not staying in the room).

About the flat
It’s a two-bed ground floor flat, which in general has a lot of storage, and is very spacious. We share a bathroom, the kitchen and a large and sunny livingroom.
The building is safe and quite modern. We have a pedestrian gate which you can only enter with a code and a newly-installed key fob-operated door to the building.
We also have a parking space within our courtyard in case you have a car/guests who travel with a car!

Location
Finsbury Park station is a 12-min walk away, with access to the Victoria and Picadilly lines and national rail (including the Thameslink and trains to Moorgate). The closest bus stop is a 2-min walk, with access to 91, which takes you to King’s Cross in 20 mins. Holloway Road is a 10-min walk away with access to countless bus routes.
On the weekends, you can stroll around Finsbury Park (15-min walk), or go to one of the many coffee shops, restaurants or pubs on Stroud Green Road (a 10-min walk). Amenities are close, there is a Tesco Express on the corner and a Lidl a 12-min walk away.

About the flatmate
My name is Lili, I’m 28 years old and work as a human rights paralegal. I am Hungarian and Chilean and have lived in London for 9 years now! I would describe myself as a clean, considerate and chatty housemate. In my free time, I like to do fun exercise classes (like pole dancing or hot pilates), hang out with friends and explore London. Currently I spend a lot of time preparing for my exams to qualify as a solicitor, but when I’m not studying, I’d love to have a chat or grab the occasional drink/coffee together. ☺️
