2x Rooms in 3 bed flat - Finsbury Park/Highbury

Summary

We're looking for two new flatmates to fill two rooms in a 3-bed flat in Highbury/Finsbury Park. The flat is a split-level flat on the first and second floors, above an inactive commercial property, with shared kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom.

Room 1 - £950 p/m (medium sized) - Double bed, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk provided

Room 2 - £1150 p/m (very large room) - Double bed, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk provided

The flat is in an ideal location, 5-10 mins walk to both Finsbury Park and Arsenal tube station, and 10 mins walk from Clissold Park or Finsbury Park. It's a really vibrant area with nice pubs, restaurants and green spaces nearby, and so well located to get into London!

You'll be living with a Par (29, M) an engineer who's clean, social and all round stand up guy. He's into running, football, going to the pub, just the usual things.

Move in date would probably be weekend of 6th September.
For the larger room anytime from 2nd September due to current tenants move out date of the 1st, and the medium sized room we could be flexible up to the 12th.
