Two bedrooms in Finsbury Park flat

We are two friends, who have been living in the flat with two other friends for the last four to five years. We are looking for 2 new housemates to move in at the start of September.

The flatmates leaving us are moving abroad or moving in with their partner. We have all got along well in the house, and would like to find two new housemates who will enjoy living here. We'd be especially keen if two friends want to move in together.

We are both females, ages 29 to 30. We are active and outdoorsy. We have independent social lives and keep fairly busy, but there are still plenty of times when we'll socialise in the house - it's a really nice space to hang out. One of us works from home occasionally, and one doesn't work from home.

The flat is located on the top two floors of a house. We have a big kitchen and living room, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and mattresses, but the rest of the furniture is brought in by us. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

We are just waiting for our landlord to confirm the exact rent from September, but we currently pay £937 per person per month. Bills around £130 a month.
