A bit about me: I'm in my 30s, creative, clean, tidy and respectful. I enjoy having a calm, welcoming home that's easy to relax in, and I'm looking for someone with a similar outlook.

The flat is located between Stoke Newington and Manor House:

- 5-minute walk to Clissold Park
- 10-minute walk to Manor House Tube (Piccadilly Line)
- Your own private office/workspace in the flat
- Bright throughout with wooden floors
- Two balconies (!)
- Double bedroom with built in wardrobe (huge).

Rent is £1,125 per month, plus bills (which are pretty reasonable).

Some flexibility with move in date.
