Furnished Double Room in 2 Bed Flat

My flatmate has recently moved out so I am looking for someone to take his furnished room in Crouch Hill.

About the flat:
It’s a lovely 2 bedroom flat with a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has recently been refitted with a new oven, hob, worktop and sink.

The flat is located in Holly Park Estate, just off of Stroud Green Road. The estate is safe and quiet and there are lots of young families and young professionals here.

Your room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, desk and computer chair.

The flat is on the 4th floor of 5, with a great view from the bedrooms looking south over the city and really nice natural daylight.

Great location + very commutable:
- Crouch Hill Overground (Suffragette Line) at end of the road, 1 min walk.
- Bus Stop at the end of road which services the W7 to Finsbury Park, 1 min walk.
- Finsbury Park Train and Tube Station (Victoria and Piccadilly Line), 15 min walk or 5 min bus.
- Archway Tube Station (Northern Line), 20 min walk

The flat is close to Stroud Green, Crouch End, Highgate and Hampstead, so plenty of great places for food, drink, events within a few minutes walk.

About me:
I am 25 years old and work as an engineer in Hertfordshire. I sometimes work from home, but go into the office most of the time at the moment. I like to play football and hockey, as well as go and runs and go to the gym. I like a trip to the pub but am also respectful of downtime.

The boring stuff:

£800 rent a month (not including bills), paid directly to the landlord.

£800 deposit paid directly to the landlord upon signing, to be returned at the end of tenancy.

All bills (council tax, water, wifi and energy) are divided equally between us, generally coming to £140/150 a month.

No students, couples or pets.
