I’m looking for someone to take over my large double room in a lovely third-floor flat just a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station.

The flat is on a quiet residential street, positioned between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. Just a short stroll away you’ll find the cafés, shops and restaurants on Blackstock Road and Stroud Green Road. Stoke Newington is also nearby. The area is super well connected (Picadilly & Victoria lines and National Rail at FP Station). The building also has a lift.

Third floor in a well-kept block (with lift). The area is quiet and safe, but you’re close to everything you need.

You’d be living with two women (29 & 28), a project manager and a solutions engineer. They’re friendly, easygoing and sociable — the kind of people who enjoy spending time together (chilling in the evenings, cooking together, Friday morning trips to Fink’s Cafe before work), but also have their own separate lives and routines.

No pets.

We’re looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room -
more “friend in the flat” than stranger vibes.
