Lovely Room near Finsbury Park/Manor House

A small but cozy, furnished double room, available from August 22nd. Female-only household.

Some of the furniture on the pictures will go. The room will have a double bed, a desk, a dresser and some storage.

Our place is located on the 2nd floor, on a very green and quiet street (almost no traffic at all!). Super well connected by public transport (bus and night buses, Finsbury Park and Manor House Tube short walk away), and a stone's throw away from Clissold Park and Stoke Newington.

The house and the apartment itself are not the newest, but clean and quiet, and we have the best landlord.

The price:
£610 deposit

£540 a month (cold rent)

Bills are between £100 and 120 in the summer (electricity and gas, Council tax band C, Internet and water).

You:
We are looking for an organised working professional who will help us look after the place to keep it clean and nice to live in. We’re quiet and considerate and will vibe best with someone similar.

Your flatmates:

* Elyssa (35, American) - finishing a PhD in international relations and starting a job in September, working between home and the office.
* Olya (31, Ukrainian) - works in edtech/AI Safety. Currently mostly WFH. Regular gym goer :)

We’re both social and easy-going, happy to chat in the kitchen. At the same time, we have our own things going on :)

Please note the place has no living room. We also cannot accommodate pets due to allergies. We’re planning viewings this week, and will let the invited candidates know about the dates and times.
