Double Room Sublet | 13 Aug - 30 Sept

We’ve just moved into a lovely new flat and are looking for someone to sublet one of the rooms while our flatmate is travelling.

The three of us have lived together for the past year and have found a really nice balance between hanging out together and respecting each other’s space. We’re looking for someone who’ll fit into that vibe for the duration of the sublet.

About the room:

• Available 13th August - 30th September. We’re flexible on move-in and move-out dates within this period
• Fully furnished double bedroom
• Desk included - great if you’re working from home
• You’ll be living with the two of us while our third flatmate is away

About the flat

• 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill stations
• Lidl, Tesco Superstore, cafés, pubs and loads of restaurants all within a 5-minute walk
• Around a 15-minute walk to Finsbury Park
• Spacious open-plan kitchen and living room where we cook, watch TV and hang out
• One shared bathroom

A bit about us:

Charlie (27, Australian) : Easy-going and active. Always up for AFL, tennis, a swim, or grabbing a pint.

Emma (27, Canadian) : Friendly social butterfly who’s always got a great film, book or gig recommendation.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, social, easy-going and respectful of shared spaces. This is a short-term sublet only, so we’re looking for someone who needs accommodation anytime within this period.
