Spacious double in 4 bed house share. All furniture included except desk chair, room includes a built-in wardrobe. Victorian terraced house has a communal kitchen and separate shared living room. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Garden is lovely and gets sun all day.

Rent is £758.25 per month (paid on 29th of each month). Bills come to around £180 per month inc tv licence and a cleaner twice per month (bedrooms and communal areas). Housemates are currently looking at bills to see if any savings can be made.

Current housemates are two guys and one girl, 35-42. Two in luxury fashion and one in IT. All respectful, sociable, open, and welcoming. We treat the place as a home so it is cozy and comes with a 5th housemate, Bowie 🐈‍⬛

Great location, just over 15 mins walk to Finsbury Park station and under 20 mins walk to Archway. Tonnes of shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants nearby.

I’m moving to live with a family member but have loved being here for the last year. It’s a private landlord who’s really responsive and has fixed/replaced/repainted whenever we’ve asked.
