I’m moving out to move in with my boyfriend. Eliza is staying on at the property. We are best friends from school days and have lived here for two years. It’s a beautiful flat, gets lots of natural light, and has good neighbours on a residential street. Eliza is a dream to live with - clean, easy going, funny and outgoing. Never any dramas. She’s a doctor so sometimes works night shifts so ideally we’re looking for a young professional who can match the calming home energy (aka not turn it into a party house).

You’ll have to take over my part on the lease, so subject to checks from the estate agents.
