Lovely room in well located Finsbury Park flat

Im sadly moving out of my Finsbury Park flat to move in with my sister and I’m looking for someone to replace my room in a friendly flat share!

The flat was fully rennovated just over a year ago, so everything is super new in comparison to a lot of properties around London. So easy to keep clean and had no maintenance issues in my time living here. A bargain for the area / standard of flat! Bills come to around £90 a month.

The location is excellent, being situated just a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station, 1 minute from a big Tesco (gamechanger) and loads of shops, independant restaurants and pubs on your doorstep. Despite being on a lively road, the room backs onto a one way street so its super quiet at night. Best of both worlds!

The room itself is relatively small but you can do a lot with the space. The bed is an ottoman so has great under bed storage, a clothes rail easily fits and there would definitely be space for some drawers too. The room layout works perfectly for use of a projector which displays opposite the bed.

You will be sharing with 3 others, 2 girls and 1 guy, aged 25-27. They are looking for someone roughly similar in age who has either no work from home or a very minimal amount. You will share the bathroom with just one of the girls.

The household is generally chilled, with housemates who appreciate their own space but also enjoy chats over dinner / the occasional pub quiz etc. Its a relaxed vibe where guests are welcome, but we all respect each others schedules. The flatmates are looking for a girl roughly similar in age to them who also appreciates this balance.

The move in date is 20th September, and I am ideally looking for someone who is able to commit to signing a contract by 20th August as required by the agency. Im willing to discuss sorting an agreement between ourselves of slightly earlier / later move in date and subletting from each other for around 1 week either side of this.
