Spacious Room in Finsbury Park

Possibly the best room in Zone 2 Central London! 6-8 minute walk to both Finsbury Park & Manor House Stations (access to both the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, as well as overground national Rail services)

I’m moving out with my partner and leaving my wonderful room in this Finsbury Park flat, and I’m looking for someone to take my place!

The room (intended to be the living room according to the floor plan) is a spacious, bright room. Furnished with a double bed, dressers, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, desk and chair, this is the most wonderful room for someone who enjoys their own space!

The household is friendly (made up of 2 women), but not overly social, so definitely not for the house party people!

Specifically looking for a female to fill the position, and ideally a very tidy and organised person to suit the flow of the household.

Bills usually come to approx £100 per person, per month (which includes council tax costs).
