Room in lovely flat in North London

I have recently moved into a lovely two bedroom flat in North London and I am looking for a person to take the other room in the house from September.

The flat is in a lovely street between the areas of Hornsey, Finsbury Park, Crouch End and Harringay. It is a 5 minute walk to Harringay train station, with regular trains to Finsbury Park (3 minute commute). The area is lovely, with only a short walk to local amenities and restaurants.

The flat is on the first floor (up a flight of stairs) and opens to the living room and kitchen, both of which have windows to the main street. The first room (mine) is next to the living room. The bathroom and the second room (advertised) are down the corridor at the back. The room has a double bed, cupboard and clothing rails that can be left for a fee. It also has a nice window to the ground floor neighbour's garden.

As I have recently moved into the house, I am looking for someone who will want to make it look nice and decorate it with me. The house has a lot of light and potential, so I am very excited to make the house a little beautiful home. This also includes paying for a professional clean of the kitchen and bathroom upon entry (but not leaving - agreed with the Landlord).

Overall, this would be the cost:
Rent: £950 (monthly)
Deposit: £922
Utilities: about £180 (incl wifi, gas + elec, water, council tax)
Professional clean upon entry: about £100

A bit about me: I am 29 and from Barcelona and have recently moved to London after living in the Netherlands and the UK. I am very communal, so I am happy to host friends and family, and to meet my flatmate's friends and families as well. I am also very tidy though, so I really get along with people who have nice living standards. I am also very sustainable, active and care about social justice, so love to have conversations about social issues and to be out and about.
