Large spacious double for couple only - £800 each

Hi there,

We are looking for a couple to take over my flatmate's tenancy in a large flat in Finsbury park. The available room is a spacious double room with a private bathroom located in the flat. The flat will be shared with one more tenant (me!).

The room is 1600 total (800 per person) not including bills. It comes with a lot of storage, a double bedroom, and enough space for a desk. The rest of the flat includes a large living room, gas hob, dishwasher, and large hallway.

A great location, 5 minutes to crouch hill station (takes 15 minutes to get to Hampstead Heath), 15 minutes walk to Finsbury park station and loads of great restaurants nearby. Send us over some info about yourselves and we would be happy to set up a viewing!

A little bit about me - my name is Vivian, I work in central London as a researcher and often travel across the country to chat to people about politics. I like a quiet social house - where we can catch-up over food, a drink, but still be respectful of each other's space and time. Besides work, I love the gym, yoga, and going to the movies and gigs.
