The space is a newly refurbished, bright, and spacious ground floor flat situated on a lovely residential street with a large garden. Located between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park, offering access to green spaces & all that North London has to offer.

***Pictures are unfurnished as moving in next week - house will be all newly furnished & equipped. But room available will need furnishing. The room is a double room with space for a wardrobe or desk if you work from home.

Closest station is Finsbury Park but sits between Finsbury Park, highbury and Stoke Newington.

I’d love someone who’s easy going and wants to share a home with someone who is sociable, friendly and likes a clean and cosy home. Wants to be friends with housemate but is also respectful of own space and time :)

I work in a professional job and is in the office 4 days a week (working from home Fridays).
