Room available in new 3 bed 1 bath flatshare

Room available in a 3 bed 1 bath flatshare 2 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station. This will be a brand new lease (a chance to make the flat your own!) shared with myself and a friend of mine. Total rent is £2900. Rooms and a rent split have not yet been decided, but rent will be around £950 each as they are all similar in size! The flat also comes furnished and has a lounge, kitchen and separate shared office space.

As mentioned, you’ll be sharing with 2 others. We are 29 and 30, originally from New Zealand but have been living in London for a couple of years. We’re very chill at home, enjoy watching football and sitting down for a catch up, meal, or a movie every now and then and are looking for someone who would be keen to be part of that.
