Cozy double room right by Finsbury Park station

We are a friendly bunch (mother, daughter and older dog) looking for a chill, easygoing working professional to take over our lovely, spacious spare room. We are located near Finsbury Park station, at the bottom of Stroud Green, with access to a number of lovely cafes, places to eat + drink, and several supermarkets.
The room is on the second floor, facing a quiet street and so gets a lovely bit of light throughout the afternoon. It also has a good amount of wardrobe and storage space!
The house is mostly shared spaces, with an open-plan kitchen/living room, toilet, bathroom and garden.
We both have hybrid working schedules, and so the place would suit someone fairly quiet with preferably a similar working schedule.
