The flat has a large communal living space, making it a great place to relax and socialise, as well as a shared balcony with beautiful views over the reservoir — a particularly nice spot for a morning coffee or evening drink.

You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful flatmates, Mac and Oyama. It’s a relaxed and sociable home, but not a party house, so it’s ideal for someone looking for a friendly place to live without a constant stream of noise and visitors. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.

Bills are not include and come to roughly £110 a month

The area 🌳

You’re right by the West Reservoir and Woodberry Wetlands, with plenty of green space and walking routes on your doorstep. Clissold Park is also nearby, while Stoke Newington Church Street is within easy reach with great cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops.

You’re also close to Finsbury Park and Green Lanes, giving you plenty of options for eating, drinking and exploring without needing to head into central London.

Getting around London is easy from here. Manor House Station on the Piccadilly line is nearby (5 minute walk), while Finsbury Park offers both the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, as well as National Rail services (13 minute walk). There are also numerous bus routes nearby, providing straightforward connections towards the City, West End and surrounding areas.

About You

We’re looking for a tidy and considerate housemate who keeps shared spaces clean and does their bit around the flat.

Someone who works from home or has the option to WFH would be a great fit. We’re after someone friendly and sociable who enjoys a chat or the occasional drink together, but also values their own space.
