Hii we’re looking for someone to move into our 4 bed house share in Finsbury Park.

Rent: £760
Bills approx: £150 - 200

The house came furnished with everything except mattresses but the girl moving out would be open to selling it to whoever moves in.

We live in a 3 storey house with a kitchen, toilet and living room leading into a patio on the ground floor. My room and your new room on the first floor with a bathroom that we’ll share and then Ella and Nana’s room on the top floor with a bathroom they share.

Location:
About 5 mins from Finsbury Park station (zone 2) - so easy access to Victoria and Piccadilly lines, Thameslink and lots of bus stops.
There’s loads of pubs, places to walk/ run/ gyms and about 10-15mins into central London

A bit about us:
We’re 3 girls aged 25 and have lived together in this house for just over a year. Ella is a paralegal who works in the office and from home approx twice a week. Nana is an Assistant psychologist working mostly in the office and sometimes from home. I (Poppy) work as an Occupational therapy assistant and am also working on getting qualified!

In the evenings we like to chill and watch TV and occasionally like going out to a local for a few drinks.
We love to have someone join who wants to be a mate as much as a flatmate :)
