The flat
Location: 1 min to Crouch Hill Overground, 10 min walk to Finsbury Park Tube station (Victoria / Piccadilly Line). Lovely pubs, three supermarkets, charity shops, convenience stores, cafe’s, independent vendors, pharmacies, NHS Clinic and restaurants on the high street (1-5 minute walk - some right outside!).
Facilities: Two bathrooms (one bath/shower, one shower). One living room / kitchen. Two floors. Bike storage. High speed WiFi.
Pets: We have two feline friends who James takes care of. They are self sufficient so you won’t be expected to look after them (unless you want to!)
Lifestyle: Robbie (who is a paralegal for healthcare regulation) works from home three days a week; James (who works in book publishing) mostly in the office except Fridays. We - like most people - love doing our own thing and chilling with music, films, literature, chess, and but also like socialising and going out to the pub with friends. We’re also comfortable with flat dinners, gatherings, flat trips etc. James loves tattoos, reading, live music, climbing. Robert loves letterbox, playwriting, and cringe comedy.
