Double room available in a lovely flat, in a nice area between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. The flat has a big open kitchen/living space, a modern kitchen, and a private terrace that gets lots of morning and daytime sun. The flat is spacious and finished to a high standard.

The move-in date is currently unknown; I am the outgoing tenant, and I am looking for a new place, so at this stage it would suit someone who is a little flexible on when they can move in over the next few months. Please message me and let me know your situation!

The room is good size double in the middle of the house; it's very quiet and comes with an inbuilt wardrobe with generous storage. It has large double doors that open onto a tiny courtyard. It stays nice and cool in summer, and the heating is very efficient in the winter. The room is next to the bathroom with a bath and shower, which you will share with 1 other housemate (the other has an ensuite). I currently have a chest of drawers, TV, large desk, shelves and double bed all fitting comfortably, so it's a decent size. The room and contract are unfurnished, but I can leave/sell you some furniture on request, or it can all be removed if you have your own.

Rent is £1031 per month. No bills are included and are managed by the tenants, with water, internet, council tax (band B), and energy bills coming in at around 100 per month depending on the time of year and usage.

The tenancy is through an agency; they require proof of salary and income and a landlord reference. Please do not apply unless you can provide these.

The current housemates are 2 professional women in their 30's; both moved in over the summer, so you will be joining a relatively new household and can make the space your home.
